Plastic Concept, Inc. provides the highest quality thermoformed products to our customers by use of our state-of-the-art (German engineered) high speed, in-line pressure thermoforming machines (ILLIG), specializing in light gauge thermoforming.

The process starts with our design department's progressive 3D solid modeling software and rapid CAD/CAM prototyping services. Once a design has been established, the designers work with our state-of-the-art tooling department using advanced CNC equipment.

Production efficiency and quality assurance begin with the mold that produces the parts. These parts are then refined by the best in-line production machines available. We specialize in all three phases of the light gauge thermoforming process. Our facility is designed specifically for the use of high-speed computer integrated pressure forming systems.

We maintain a strict housekeeping policy, an environmentally conscious recycling program, and a daily equipment monitoring program. Add to that, the synchronized, automated production machinery operated by a highly skilled, dedicated production
